Round Robin (Qualifying) Rounds

Round 4
Women - Australia vs England

A replay of last night's meeting between the same two sides? Or a chance for England to put into practise what they learned last night?

Australia, coming off their first ever loss, played as well as they've played all tour when they beat England comprehensively last night. A flash in the pan, or have the Australians lifted? England will be hoping to ask that question in the strongest possible terms tonight.

Well, it wasn't exactly a replay, but Australia won again.
Australia 130 def England 81. A much better effort from England than last night, though it does look like Australia may have regrouped after their loss. Both teams have important games later tonight - England play New Zealand again, and Australia come up against South Africa again. As I've said previously, the women's competition is extremely intriguing and full of interest, and both these later games have generated huge attention.
